            Delegates Sponaugle, Caputo, Boggs, Barrett, Isner and Fluharty move to amend the bill on page two, section three-a, line twenty-one, after the word “article” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a colon and the following: “Provided, That effective July 1, 2018, the tax imposed by subsection (a) of this section shall be eight percent on the gross values of natural gas produced from wells permitted pursuant to §22-6A-1 et seq. of the code.   The amount of the tax collected in excess of five percent shall be deposited into the Public Employees Insurance Agency Stability Fund and expended pursuant to §11B-2-32 of this code.”
